Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of RANKLEBURN FARMS LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 77 Titiraupenga Street, Taupo 3330, intend to remove the company from the Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
I am satisfied that the company has ceased to carry on a business and there is no other reason for the company to continue in existence.
Unless written objection to such removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, is delivered to the Register of Companies at Auckland by 2 September 2010, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
