Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business
in New Zealand
MARKETSMART INTERNATIONAL PTY LIMITED ("the company") gives notice, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand from 31 December 2009.
At the expiry of three months after the date of this
public notice, the company requests removal from the
Overseas Register.
