This document notifies you that:
1. On 24 September 2010, an application for putting ROMIRP PRODUCE LIMITED (formerly SUMMER PACIFIC LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 12 November 2010 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Primor Produce Limited, whose address for service is at Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland.
