This document notifies you that:
1. On Thursday 2 September 2010, an application for putting AUTO BODY REPAIR CENTRE (2003) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Nelson. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Nelson on Wednesday 3 November 2010 at 10.00am.
