This document notifies you that:
1. On 24 August 2010, an application for putting
EYEZONE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 8 October 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Air Conditioning Services NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Whitlock
