This document notifies you that:
1. On 9 July 2010, an application for putting TE ANAU LAKESIDE ESTATES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on 23 August 2010 at 10.45am.
