This document notifies you that:
1. On 26 March 2010, an application for putting LE FLOURISH LIMITED (as trustee of The Jolt Trust) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on 17 May 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
