that on 12 January 2010 they were appointed receivers
of certain property of SOURCE ROCK HOLDINGS LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 18th day of December 2006.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all shares issued by Austral Pacific Energy (NZ) Limited and owned by SOURCE ROCK HOLDINGS LIMITED.
