Craig Alexander Sanson and John Howard Ross Fisk, insolvency specialists of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed to be receivers of earnings to the Levin Mall on
22 December 2009 under a memorandum of mortgage dated the 26th day of July 2004.
The property in receivership is all of the earnings arising out of the ownership, use or occupation of the land described in certificates of title WN8C/1236, WN8C/1237, WN8C/1238, WN8C/1239, WN8C/1240, WN8C/1241, WN26C/119 and WN26C/120 (Wellington Land Registry).
