Robin Albert Gardenbroek, accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 13 December 2010 at 10.00am.

The liquidator hereby fixes 28 January 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
