Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Robert John McGregor and Stephen John Graves were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named company pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 February 2010 at 9.00am.
