Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

I, Peter Andrew Smith, was appointed as liquidator of
the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 21 December 2009.
The liquidation commenced on 28 January 2010 at 11.45am, being the date and time of my consent to the appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of SHEPHERD'S AGHORT SUPPLIES LIMITED, I fix 1 March 2010 as
the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
