Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 5 August 2010 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that PARMA LIMITED be liquidated and that Ewan Richard Gardiner and Peter David Gillies, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
