Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 26 July 2010 at 10.00am, it was resolved by
special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SECURITY SOLUTIONS LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 6 September 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
