Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 26 July 2010, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993,
that CANTERBURY WOOL DUMPERS LIMITED be liquidated and that John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 26 July 2010 at 9.00am.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243(8), a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
