Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 19 July 2010 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Paul Andrew de Lacey, of de Lacey & Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned does hereby fix 31 August 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Enquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of either company to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
