Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 255(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of RURAL PORTFOLIO INVESTMENTS LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Murray Neil Frost and Barry Phillip Jordan as liquidators of the company.
The liquidation commenced on 2 July 2010 at 2.45pm.
The liquidators do hereby fix 9 August 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Enquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to the liquidators.
