David Murray Blanchett and Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RYBO HOLDINGS LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 April 2010 at 10.48am.
We fix 30 June 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
