Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 26 March 2010 at 12.00 midday it was resolved
by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that ROCKWOOD
PLACE INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and
that Christopher John Lynch, chartered accountant of
New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2010.
