The above-named incorporated society was placed into liquidation by a special general meeting on 8 March 2010 at 6.25pm, on the basis that the reasons for which the society was incorporated have now passed.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Gareth Russel Hoole and Andrew David Turner were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
Meeting of Creditors
There are no known creditors and hence there will be no meeting of creditors.
However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidators of that request, in writing, by 30 March 2010.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 15 April 2010 as the day on or before which creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
