Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 16 February 2010 at 8.56am, it was resolved by
special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that RALLA TRADERS LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 24 March 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
