Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Notice is given, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies propose to amalgamate upon the date on which all necessary documents are filed with the Registrar of Companies and a certificate of amalgamation is issued by the Registrar of Companies.
MACKENZIE PROPERTIES LIMITED is to continue as the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either of the companies, or any person to whom either of the companies are under an obligation, at the registered offices of the companies during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of either of the companies, or any person to whom either company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of
the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the companies.
The registered office for each amalgamating company is
c/o Lithgow & Associates, 250 Broadway, Stratford.
