Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Part Section 5 Block II Puketi Survey District (the same being more particularly shown on a plan held by the Maori Land Court at Whanganui) being part
of the land contained in Computer Freehold Register WN12D/984 which was set apart for the purposes of an urupa for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Alfred Rangikatea Mohi and Ngapera Lily Victoria Mohi by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1985, No. 155, page 3627.
