Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the road described in the Schedule to this notice is stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, is set apart as a historic reserve and shall remain vested in the Crown, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
