On the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land known as Te Au-O-Waikato 73 2B 2A Block referred to in the Schedule, as set out in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 May 1959, No. 31, page 690, was set aside as
a Maori reservation.
Pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the name of the said Maori reservation is hereby redefined and shall be known as Rukumoana Marae.
