Pursuant to section 338(5)(b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation, published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 11 September 2008, No. 138, page 3776, is hereby cancelled and, pursuant to section 340(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a meeting place, recreation and sports ground and a church site for the common use and benefit of all New Zealanders and to be known as Maniaroa Pa.
