Pursuant to section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the memorandum of lease B096896 over the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby taken for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
