Pursuant to section 103 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, the Secretary for Transport gives notice that, with effect from 14 May 2009, the section of new road described in the Schedule, is declared to be State Highway 20.
Schedule
State Highway 20 to include the newly constructed section of road in Auckland City commencing on an existing
section of State Highway 20 at Hayr Road (Route Position 10/6.636) and extending in a generally north-westerly direction to Richardson Road (new Route Position 10/9.859), including the newly constructed ramps and connections to and from Dominion Road, Sandringham Road Extension and Richardson Road; a distance of approximately 3.2 kilometres.
