Pursuant to section 338(5)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court to exclude an area from the Maori reservation created by virtue of a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 March 1984, No. 49, page 946, the area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the said Maori reservation.
