Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated
the 30th day of October 2008, and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 27 November 2008, No. 182, page 4766, by deleting the following portion of land to be declared road:
“156 Part Lot 5 DP S29309; shown as Section 12
on SO 388240 (Computer Freehold Register SA26D/1423).”
