Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 August 2008, which
was granted under those Regulations to Elysa Hyde
in respect of Waiouru Childcare Centre Inc. 'Little Miracles' (50091), situated at 52 Weir Terrace, Waiouru.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
