Pursuant to section 254 of the Resource Management Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, on the recommendation of the Attorney-General, after consultation with the Minister for the Environment and
the Minister of Maori Affairs, has been pleased to appoint
John Robert Mills, of Wellington
as an Environment Commissioner for a term of five years on and from 31 October 2009; and
Kathryn Anne Edmonds, of Wellington
Alexander James Sutherland, of Christchurch
as Environment Commissioners for terms of five years on and from 31 January 2010.
