New materials incorporated by reference
Pursuant to section 410(1)(e) of the Building Act 2004, notice is given that materials incorporated by reference in the Building (Product Certification) Regulations 2008, which were made on 29 September 2008 and came into force on 30 October 2008, are as follows:
1. IS0/IEC Guide 65:1996(E): General requirements for bodies operating product certification systems.
2. IAF GD 5:2006 Issue 2: IAF Guidance on the Application of ISO/IEC Guide 65:1996.
3. ISO 10005, Second Edition 2005: Quality management systems - Guidelines for quality plans.

Viewing materials incorporated by reference
Materials incorporated by reference are available for inspection free of charge at the DBH national office, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
