Pursuant to section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the combined board of trustees of the Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate Senior (97), Middle (1217) and Junior (1251) Schools and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.
