Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, Roderick James Cooper hereby terminates the state of local emergency declared in respect of Turangi/Tongariro Ward on 29 June 2009.
The termination of the state of local emergency shall take effect from 2 July 2009 at 7.00pm.
