Health Board
Pursuant to section 29(1)(b) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I appoint, under section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004
Graeme Roderick Milne
as a member of the board of Waikato District Health Board; and
pursuant to clause 10(1) of Schedule 3 to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I also appoint
Graeme Roderick Milne
as chairperson of the board of Waikato District Health Board.
These appointments will take effect on 18 May 2009 and end on 5 December 2010.
