His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed to the Commerce Commission, as established under the Commerce Act 1986,
Mark Newman Berry, of Wellington
as a member, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and as chairperson, pursuant to section 12(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, for a term of 18 months commencing on 1 April 2009 and expiring on 30 September 2010; and appointed
Anita Jane Mazzoleni, of Auckland
as a member, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for a term of five years commencing on
1 April 2009 and expiring on 31 March 2014.
