Pursuant to a judgment of the High Court at Auckland, delivered on 14 October 2009, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“HSBC”) entered into possession of mortgaged land at 5–11 Selwood Road, Henderson, Auckland (certificates of title NA49D/666 and NA124C/167, North Auckland Land Registration District).
HSBC entered into possession of the mortgaged land on
14 October 2009, pursuant to an application to the Court dated the 6th day of July 2009.
