Take notice that on 12 October 2009, Easy Factors International Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7425387.1 situated 271-281 Spa Road, Taupo ("the property"), being all the land comprised in certificates of titles 284754 and 284755 - Lots 1 and 2 DP 370249, entered into possession of the property.
Notice is given by Easy Factors International Limited, whose address for correspondence is at the offices of Harris Neil & Associates Limited, 12 Bethlehem Road (PO Box 14216), Tauranga 3143.
