Take notice that on 12 October 2009, Easy Factors International Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7425369.2 situated 36 Marguerita Street, Rotorua ("the property"), being all the land comprised in certificate of title SA55B/777 - Lot 2 DP 75324, entered into possession of the property.
Notice is given by Easy Factors International Limited, whose address for correspondence is at the offices of Harris Neil & Associates Limited, 12 Bethlehem Road (PO Box 14216), Tauranga 3143.
