of the mortgaged land described below with effect from
12 October 2009.
The description of the mortgaged land is 81 Breckons Avenue, Hamilton, an estate in fee simple as to an undivided 1/2 share in all that parcel of land containing 804 square metres, more or less, being Lot 36 DPS 39901 and the leasehold interest of Flat A DPS 50571, being all the land comprised and described in Identifier SA62D/285 (South Auckland Land Registry).
