The description of the mortgaged land is 3/78 White Road, Otane, Hawke’s Bay, being an estate in fee simple containing 1.1710 hectares, being Lot 3 DP 377998 and an undivided two-sevenths share in the fee simple estate containing 2572 square metres, being Lot 5 on DP 377998 all contained in Identifier 312864.
