TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 15 September 2009.
The legal description of the mortgaged land is firstly, a half share in an estate in fee simple being all that land comprised in Lot 217 DP 39981, and secondly a leasehold interest
in lease instrument LH709506.2, collectively being the property known as 5B Beech Place, Owhata, Rotorua.
