Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of sections 84, 119 and 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage instrument 6348902.2, transfer of mortgage 7905878.1 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry) (“the mortgage”) and the notice, pursuant to section 119 of the Property Law Act 2007, dated the 4th day of April 2008:
Wine Country Credit Union (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage), registered under the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982 and having its registered office at 124 Market Street, Hastings, gives notice as follows:
1. On 19 January 2009, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
2. The description of the mortgaged property is as it is comprised in Computer Freehold Register HB167/98 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry), being a house and land at 340 Lawn Road, Clive.
3. The address of the mortgagee’s registered office is 124 Market Street North, Hastings.
