Take notice that on 11 June 2009, Rabobank New Zealand Limited, pursuant to mortgages 7395254.3, 6463629.5 and 7397519.2, general security agreement dated the 23rd day
of May 2005 and specific security agreements dated the 24th day of May 2007 and the 24th day of July 2007, entered into possession of:
(a) the lands containing 371.2304 hectares as contained in certificates of title SA49B/135, SA11B/1346, SA69A/755, SA69A/753 and SA52D/700 (all South Auckland Land Registry); and
(b) personal property of:
(i) Coromandel Land Holdings Limited
(in liquidation), being investment securities;
(ii) Coromandel Land Trust Limited
(in liquidation), being all present and after acquired personal property;
(iii) New Zealand Herd Improvement Society Incorporated (in liquidation), being livestock;
(iv) Coromandel Farm Machinery Limited
(in liquidation), being plant and equipment; and
(v) Coromandel Herd Improvement Society Incorporated (in liquidation), being livestock.
