Pursuant to Sections 137, 139 and 156 of the Property
Law Act 2007
Notice is hereby given that:
1. FM Custodians Limited, as mortgagee under mortgage 7203530.3 (the "mortgagee" and "mortgage") over
the property located at 101 Cannon Hill Crescent, Christchurch, which is Lot 8 DP 48734 (contained and described in certificate of title CB28A/1041 (Canterbury Land Registry)) ("the property"), took possession of
the property secured by the mortgage from Christopher Andrew McEwin and Stephanie Marianne McEwin as trustees of the Brook Family Trust ("the mortgagor") on 15 June 2009 in accordance with section 137(1)(c) of the Property Law Act 2007.
2. This notice has been issued by FM Custodians Limited by Philip Andrew Charles Maw, solicitor for the
above-named mortgagee, of the firm of Wynn Williams & Co.
3. The address for service of the above-named mortgagee
is at the offices of Wynn Williams & Co, 7th Floor,
BNZ House, 129 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
4. Documents for service on the above-named mortgagee may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 4341, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX WP 21518, Christchurch.
