the mortgagee under mortgage instrument 6773487.5 (Canterbury Land Registry), gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 11 June 2009.
The description of the mortgaged land is 8 Haineswood Lane, Christchurch, being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title CB40A/801 as Lot 5 DP 68756.
