Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6273230.4, Computer Freehold Register 24B/87, North Auckland Land Registry (“the mortgage”):
The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited (the “mortgagee” under the mortgage) gives notice in accordance with section 156(1) of the Property Law Act 2007, that:
1. On 27 March 2009, The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited, as mortgagee under the mortgage, entered into possession of the mortgaged property in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Property Law Act 2007.
2. The mortgaged property is located at 2182 East Coast Road, Silverdale, Auckland, and is a fee simple estate with an area of 7.6410 hectares, being Lot 2 DP 65609 (Computer Freehold Register NA24B/87).
3. The address of the mortgagee’s registered office is at Level 7, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland (Attention: Scott Smith).
