Notice is hereby given that on 3 February 2009, Hastings Building Society ("the mortgagee"), acting under the power of sale contained within mortgage 7267533.3, entered into possession of the property at 61/1420 Hamurana Road, Rotorua, being that land described as Unit 61 and Accessory Units 161 and 261 on DPS 92316 (Computer Freehold Register SA73A/237) (South Auckland Land Registry).
