Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), of the intention to remove CONCUR TECHNOLOGIES (AUSTRALIA) PTY LIMITED from the New Zealand Overseas Register, under section 341 of the Act, on the grounds that CONCUR TECHNOLOGIES (AUSTRALIA) PTY LIMITED has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
